Unlike many of our competitors, leather repair is our sole business. We are
not retailers. Whether it's your prized handbag, wallet or favorite pair of

how does it work?
We're glad you ask, there are two
convenient options;
In Shop:
If you are anywhere near the midtown Manhattan area (click here for directions),
bring your item directly to
us. In most cases, we will repair it while you wait.
Mail-In:
Please print and complete our Repair Form*, we always appreciate legible penmanship.
Enclose a copy with the item to be repaired and ship it to our shop. Upon
receipt, we will evaluate the item and call you with an exact to the penny estimate.
No surprises. No add-ons.
If you approve, you can give us your Visa or MasterCard information over the phone.
We will repair your item and ship it back to you.
If not, don't worry, we appreciate your consideration and will send it back to you at our cost.
