How do I go about receiving service?
There are two convenient options:
- Bring your item to us
- Get an immediate, exact price.
- Most repairs can be done while you wait!
- Please print and complete our Repair Form*
- Put it inside your item and ship it to us (we recommend UPS or FedEx)
- Wait for a call from one of our owners with an exact price for your repair.
If you approve, you can give us your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal information over the phone. We will repair your item and ship it back to you.
If not, there's no obligation. We appreciate your consideration and will send it back to you at our cost.
