I’ve been coming here for years to get luggage fixed and they’ve always been upfront and do good work. The last time I came they replaced my Tumi roller bag wheels for free. This time on my Tumi (which is almost 15 years old), the handle broke. I was almost going to trash the bag but thought I would take it here to see if they can work their magic. Now the bag is as good as new, and they even delivered into my apartment. No complaints.
